2.2 Vehicle Listing Services (On Behalf of Owners)

We provide an advertising platform only for vehicle owners who wish to list their vehicles for sale. In this capacity:

• We DO NOT own the vehicles listed on behalf
• We DO NOT participate in negotiations or transactions
• We DO NOT guarantee vehicle condition, history, or documentation
• We DO NOT handle payments or transfer of ownership
• We act solely as a connection platform between buyers and sellers

For our importation services, we make every effort to provide accurate information and quality service. However:

• We source vehicles from third-party dealers and auctions
• Vehicle condition is based on available reports and inspections
• Import timelines may vary due to shipping, customs, and regulatory factors
• All vehicles are subject to Kenya's import regulations and compliance requirements
• Final registration is subject to NTSA approval

5.1 For Buyers

• Conduct thorough inspection before purchasing any vehicle
• Verify all documentation and ownership
• Ensure vehicle meets your requirements and budget
• For listings on behalf: contact the owner directly for all inquiries

5.2 For Sellers (Listing on Behalf)

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your vehicle
• Disclose all known defects, damage, or issues
• Have valid ownership documents and right to sell
• Handle all negotiations and transactions professionally
• Pay agreed listing fees promptly

6.1 Importation Services

Payment terms for importation services will be agreed upon before service commencement and may include deposits and milestone payments.

6.2 Listing Fees

A service fee applies for listing vehicles on behalf of owners. Fee structure:

• Listing fee is payable before vehicle advertisement goes live
• Fee covers advertising and platform services only
• Listing fee is non-refundable once vehicle is published
• Fees do not include any transaction or commission on sale
